We ship our lamps across Canada. View all our lamp shipping options below in order to find your most preferred method. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help you.

Order must be submitted prior to 3pm to be processed for shipping that day

UPS Ground Shipping

Ground Shipping costs $13.95. Delivery is typically 4-7 days, (faster typically in the GTA) if you require faster deliver please select an alternate method. UPS Ground orders are dispatched from our warehouse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Economy Air Shipping - UPS EXPRESS

Economy Air Shipping costs 39.95. Delivery is typically 2-4 days, This is our most economically Air delivery method. Economy Air orders are dispatched from our warehouse daily Monday thru Friday except on holidays.

Priority Air Shipping - UPS EXPRESS

Priority Air Shipping costs 59.95. Delivery is typically 1-2 days, This is our fastest delivery method. Priority Air orders are dispatched from our warehouse daily M-F except on holidays. Orders placed with Priority Shipping are processed before all other orders.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Orders

Shipping costs will be adjusted on your order to reflect actual cost, we will request approval of the cost prior to accepting your order.

Special Orders and Backorders

Our website will notify you if any items on your order is a special order or on backorder with the manufacturer. Our website will include the anticipated delivery time frame. Items marked as Available – xx days. These items are not in stock, the estimated delivery time is the unit "xx"  Items in your cart marked like #NEC VT470 Diamond Projector Lamp*** and reference this "Products marked with *** dont exist in desired quantity in our stock.
You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process."

Out of stock and shipping delays

We do our very best to maintain accurate stock levels but occasionally there may be shortages of some products. We cannot be held liable for such situations or for shipping delays. Projectorbulbs.ca reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders subject to full refunds being issued.

Shipping Problems

Any costs incurred due to refused shipments (except damaged), orders cancelled after shipment, orders cancelled after they are placed with our distributors and manufactures, change of address after shipment, incorrect addresses on original orders (when customers fault) etc many be subject to a non-refundable service fee, this will be deducted from refunds.

Please note that Free Shipping is not available during certain circumstances and for some products and services, including, but not limited to:

Items or locations that require air delivery

Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
